wavecrestcorp -> Communications error for certain domains. (18.Jan.2007 3:45:34 PM)

Hi, Our Exchange 5.5 server died the week we were doing a company relocation. Because of time restrictions, I ended up loading the Exchange 5.5 on a different server with Windows 2000 Server. I recreated the user accounts (around 45) and have loaded IMS. The problem I am having is that there seem to be certain domains that I am having trouble sending to. For example, if we try to send to anyone on the comcast.net domain we get an error message such as the following: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test 3 Sent: 1/18/2007 1:08 PM The following recipient(s) could not be reached: '***@comcast.net' on 1/18/2007 1:08 PM Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=WAVECRESTCORP;l=HUBBLE-070118190731Z-1598 I can send to other domains without an issue. I tried to look at the header under options to see what information was there, but it is blank. I also sent an email to comcast.com to see what type of information I would get back and I received the following: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test 4 Sent: 1/18/2007 1:23 PM The following recipient(s) could not be reached: '***@comcast.com' on 1/18/2007 1:23 PM The recipient name is not recognized The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=WAVECRESTCORP;l=HUBBLE-070118192231Z-1615 MSEXCH:IMS:WAVECRESTCORP:EDINA:HUBBLE 3550 (000B09AA) 550 Mailbox unavailable or access denied - ***@comcast.com Again, there was no header information for this email, but am at least getting a 550 error. I contacted comcast to see if we were getting blacklisted by them and they asked me to send them our IP (will try this). We have other domains that this happens to also. Our firewall came across to our new location with just a change of IP address. Any ideas that I should do? Thanks, Rich
