We have exchange 2000 running on 2000 server.  When certain users access OWA, they are not required to enter credentials to access their mailbox.  Any ideas as to what would cause this.  Thanks in advance.

The default authentication scheme for OWA has both Integrated Authentication and Basic Authentication enabled.  This means that users who have already logged into the domain will not be asked to log in again.  IA only works with MS browsers, though, so any user accessing OWA from something like Firefox will always be required to login again.
