Hi,

I have an user in Exchange who receives the mails twice from selected users  everytime.

Please suggest a solution.

Check to see if the emails are being sent to a distribution list (which includes the user) and specifically to the user. This will send the message to the user twice.

Also, check to see if the user has any rules set in outlook.

Rajesh,

Track the mail and see the user is actually getting two mails, that you can see when you double click the mail log. This may possible when a user also in a Distribution list.

If all the above shows there is no cause then check the user's Outlook rules.

I've also seen this happen to users who also use ActiveSync on an Exchange 2003 Server that did not have SP2.  Installing SP2 resolved my issue.
