Hi! Have a problem with one of our exchange servers. The LDAP protocol is already enabled, port 389. But it is not accessible and when we did a netstat -a, we cannot see this port being listed. Not sure what else to check or how to fix this problem. Appreciate any help and advise.

If you have Active Directory and using Exchange 5.5. AD uses 389 for LDAP lookups (and 3268 for Global Catalog lookups).
You can change the port number in Exchange Admin to a different port so that its usable again e.g 379, do it for each 5.5 server.
