Anyone know if there is a KB article to remove the last 2003 Exchange server from a 2007 Domain?
I would like to be running just a 2007 domain.

No such KB article exist, but I'll show you how this is accomplished in part 3 of the Transitioning from Exchange 2000/2003 to Exchange Server 2007 articles series here on MSExchange.org.

Will be published soon...

Used your document today and it went through great.

Only thing I see is that my sub web folders still show as Exchange 2003 or 2000
i.e. exchange , exchweb etc...
Is this normal?

Yes even though E2K7 CAS only uses the owa virtual directory, these legacy vdir's are kept for backward compatibility.

Access to PF is only supported, when you have at least one E2K or E2K3 PF server in the org. You cannot access PFs on a E2K7 server (yet!).
