Hi Friends,

I am having a strange problem , I have DL setup and few members are external contacts and internal users .

1. If I send mail to contact is goes through fine without delay. but........
2. If I send a mil to DL in which that contact is member it gets queued , but if another internal users is member of that DL he receives that mail.

Please hlep me out mails are getting queued on my server :(

if you delete the External Contacts and send E-mail to same DL what happens?
if you create a DL and add only extnal contacts and send e-mail what happens ?

In addition to what consultOz suggests, use Message Tracking to see if the message is being sent to the external DL members.

Hi

I finally managed to fix this problem by deleting and creating a new SMTP connector.

if you delete the External Contacts and send E-mail to same DL what happens?
It used to work fine

if you create a DL and add only extnal contacts and send e-mail what happens ?
It used to work fine also

Problem used to start as soon as you send a mail to DL with external users with that particular domain and or CC to a user in that particular domain ,All I can say is SMTP connector was behaving erratic.
