Hi, One of my users who connects using OWA is receving an error when he logs in. He signs in and it gets to the screen where you choose your language and time zone. When he choose one and continues, he gets the following error: Request Url: https://exchangeserver:443/owa/lang.owa User host address: 192.168.0.132 Exception Exception type: System.NotSupportedException Exception message: Culture 'en' is a neutral culture. It cannot be used in formatting and parsing and therefore cannot be set as the thread's current culture. Call stack System.Globalization.CultureInfo.CheckNeutral(CultureInfo culture) System.Globalization.CultureInfo.get_DateTimeFormat() Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.UserOptionPropertyValidationUtility.ValidateDateTimeFormat(Object value, String defaultFormat) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.UserOptions.Load(IList`1 properties) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.UserOptions.LoadAll() Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.RequestDispatcher.DispatchLanguagePostLocally(OwaContext owaContext, OwaIdentity logonIdentity, CultureInfo culture, String timeZoneKeyName, Boolean isOptimized) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.RequestDispatcher.DispatchLanguagePostRequest(OwaContext owaContext) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.RequestDispatcher.PrepareRequestWithoutSession(OwaContext owaContext, UserContextCookie userContextCookie) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.RequestDispatcher.InternalDispatchRequest(OwaContext owaContext) Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa.Core.RequestDispatcher.DispatchRequest(OwaContext owaContext) System.Web.HttpApplication.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) Anyone know how to fix it?

I'd also like to mention that this user is not and has never been a member of the administrators group and I have checked that they have "Allow inheritable permissions..." checked in security. It's basically a final Exchange 2007 install which I upgraded from the beta. All users existed before I upgraded, and I have tested that every other user can access owa except this one.
