Go to ADSitesServices -> Expand Sites -> Yous DC -> expand to NTDS and hit properties make sure the GC is selected. Check this on both DCs.

The box was not checked there on the DC, but it was on the exchange DC. So i checked the box on the other one. Thanks! Anything else i need to do?

You are welcome.

This should fix your issue hopefully. You can either wait for replication between the DCs to occur or you can also force it manually from within the ADSitesServices.

Post back you results.
