We currently use the direct push technology with our exchange 2003 server and our mobile 5 devices. We have it setup with using certificates for added security.

When I migrate to Exchange 2007, do I need to request a new certificate from my CA or can I export the one on my Exchange 2003 box and load it on the Exchange 2007 box? If I need to request a new certificate, does this mean I need to load new certificates on all my mobile devices too?

Yes if you have the private key as well, you can assign the certificate to the default web site on the E2K7 box.
