Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to report changes made on a public folder shared calendar? People make changes they shouldn't and I need to find out who did it, what they changed and when.
thanks

Hi,

You can certainly assign permissions, on your public folders to restrict changes on the public folders
Permissions to public folders are usually determined by an administrator or someone in your organization who owns a folder for a specific project or subject. For the folders you have permission to access, you typically can read items and add items to the folder but you cannot delete items other than the ones you add.

Hello, I am the administrator and the permissions are set up correctly. The issue is that the calendar needs to be accessed by several secretaries and managers who all need to be able to add/delete/edit all entries in the calendar. I need to be abnle to find out who did what when thigs go wrong so i can educate them better.
thanks
