Forms not showing up in Outlook (Full Version)

Hmoll -> Forms not showing up in Outlook (23.Feb.2007 8:40:57 AM)

When I open a PF post with a custom form,  some Outlook clients are not downloading and using the form.  Even if I choose the form directly (ie,  Outlook, Tools, Forms, Choose Form, "My Public Folder", "My Custom Form", Open.)
  • I create a Public Folder in Outlook
  • I design a Form (simply Change notification form)
  • I publish the Form directly to the PF
  • I set the default form to the one I just published
  • In case it was a cache problem, I deleted the FRMACHE.dat file
  • The client is a Nonediting Author

When I open the post, I see the standard Post form,  not the one I created.  On the creating PC,  I see it fine.  On the Outlook client on the Exch server,  I see it fine.  But on some Outlook clients on the client PC's,  I do not see it.

No errors.  Just the standard form instead of my custom one.

Any ideas?

Did you every resolve this, I am seeing the same issue, I am sure I am missing something simple in the setup, but cannot find it.

Any help would be appriciated.
