Update:

I�m pleased to report our Exchange Development Team has completed work on fixing this bug, and the code changes have passed our internal testing. At this point, an Exchange 2003 Post-SP2 hotfix package is being created, and will undergo another round of testing to ensure we deliver a quality hotfix to our customers. I�m hopeful we should have something to deliver to you (in the form of a hotfix) towards the end of March/first week in April.

Messages are shown in Outlook as being sent and received at the correct times. The only discrepancy is in the message tracking.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
