Hi,

Basically we want to allow the alert server to relay mail though the Exchange server but ALSO want to secure it.  How can we do that?

We have an Exchange 2007 server, its domain is abc.COM on our internal LAN.

I have an alert system server that runs on a server on a LAN NOT on our internal LAN.

We want the alert@abc.NET  server to be able to send its alerts to tech@abc.COM

We have set the alert@abc.NET  server SMTP to the PUBLIC IP of the abc.COM server.
We have added a Receive connector for the abc.NET server PUBLIC IP on the Server Config-HUB Transport.

Mail is sent but mail is blocked…….no mail flows.

Regards,
Robert
