I have a customer that installed a number of updates last thursday, they rebooted on Friday and everything was working fine until Monday afternoon then exchange stopped.

I logged on the server and noticed the SMTP, WWW, MS Exchange routing engine was stopped, I started them all and their mail flows, but in about 5 to 10 min the services stop again and mail stops

There is a 953 error in the event logging linking to this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841576

I ran there little script but didnt get the issue they are talking about, Seems the only options i have found is reinstalling the IIS or exchange /reinstall switch
