How do you/should you build some level of redundancy into the file share witness?  Specifically, let's say you have a CCR cluster and two HT servers.  The files share witness for the CCR cluster is only on the first HT server.  What happens if that first HT server is destroyed in a fire?  Are you up the creek without a paddle or is there some way to move/create a new file share witness for the existing cluster?  Can it be placed on a DFS share, or somehow be made redundant?

The file share witness is not that vital, so you could just create the share on another server or on the same server when recovered.

There's no way of making the file share witness fault tolerant.
