Hello all,
I want to take a 70-284 exam, if I pass the exam should I get the exchange MCP?
Or should I take OS exams only to get the MCP?
Thanks ahead,
Boris Reuven

There's no such thing as an Exchange MCP. If you pass one of the exams (any) that count towards either the MCSA or MCSE, you will be an MCP. If you are looking to get your Messaging specialization, you have to be either an MCSA or MCSE and you need to have passed both 70-284 and 70-285.

Even though this is an old post i would still like to voice my opinion on this. If you take a MCP test ex: 70-284 you are recognized as a MCP in that particular topic. Even though MS exchange doesn't have a collection of tests to receive a title you are still considered a MCP in that Exchange topic.

Not sure if this helps anyone but I figured someone may find it helpful :)
