I have a mailbox that is shared by many users at the same time. It is shared so they all have full mailbox-rights. The problem is when more than about 25 users are logged on at the same time the last ones cannot logon.
My question is if there is a limit in exchange on how many can  be logged on at the same time on one mailbox? Can this number be changed? And how?

Yes, there is a 32 mapi session limit. You can increase this value.

Event ID 9646 is logged in the application event log of your Exchange Server 2003 computer when a client opens many MAPI sessions
