Akhoshbin -> Some emails will not reach the receipients (URGENT) (3.Apr.2007 8:42:28 AM)

hi all
we have 2 exchange server (exchange 2000 sp3 ) + a gateway in our domain .today some users complained that they don't get emails from outside . i checked message tracking center & saw that below message is logged for these users & nothing about sending to Catergorizer & Loacal Delivery ,others don't have the problem .i tried sending to the users email from YAHOO & they got the email .i tried restarting the Exchange Services too but no success .what extra steps should i take .
