Hello all,
My company’s (City Agency) external outbound and inbound emails are controlled by another City Agency, our Exchange Server is communication with them through DNS, but when we need to send emails outside of all City Agencies, it must go through the City Agency’s Smart host who control our external email. We use E3300 McAfee Secure Messaging Gateway (SCM) to scan virus, spam, etc. This is a complex setup here and I do not fully understand. Please assist me in configuring the SMTP Settings. I will appreciate your prompt attention.I hope you understand my explanation. I just join this new place only three weeks ago. Please let me know if you require additional information. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
