unfortunatly I have checked that. Even if I clear everything out of the exceptions list, and I mean on everything. It still doesn't work unless I add my specific external IP to it. Does allow anonymous access mean anything? Also should I be ignoring all web certificates?

You definitely have selected the option that says By default, all computers will be: Granted access except the following: If you selected that, then put your IP address in the table, then your computer should be the only one that /can't/ access it, not the only one that can. For just OWA, you need to make sure that all computers can access the Exchange VDir, and the ExchWeb VDir and all subfolders.

correct, if I add my external IP to the granted access ips I can get in. But without it I cannot, i'm wondering if there is another setting somewhere that I am missing, because I have applied the essentially alow everyone in to all of the IIS webpages.
