Marketsync -> Web app sending email through Exch 2007 problems? (30.Apr.2007 12:05:36 AM)

We have a web app that sends emails to customers, such as order confirmations. We just upgraded to Exchange 2007 from 2003. The web app would send the email to Exchange 2003, then onto the customer. However since upgrading to Exchange 2007, this no longer works. If the recipient email is part our domain, it works fine, however it doesn’t work for emails that are actually going to customers. Any ideas?
