I have a SBS 2003 with 4 domains. All users can receive email on all the domains.

user1@domain1.com (default)

user1@domain2.com

....

The users are using Outlook 2003 with exchange account

How can they send messages with diferent domains (for example domain2.com)

Exchange doesn't allow this to happen natively.  You need to use a 3rd-party tool like: http://www.ivasoft.biz/choosefrom.shtml
