Has anyone gotten copying of NDR's working using the following:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb400930.aspx

I've set things up according to the article by creating a postmaster mailbox, then setting the MicrosoftExchangeRecipientReplyRecipient to that mailbox but NDR's are not being delivered to the address. I've tried several different variations of the different properties with no luck. Any idess would greatly be appreciated as I'm geting tired of telling users to forward me the NDR they recieve.

Thanks, but that was already set. The Technet article also outlines this as well.

Anyone else? This is driving me up the wall. Has no one gotten this to work? Following the article linked above I've done the following:

Created a mailbox for postmaster@domain.com.
Verfied the External Postmaster Address is postmaster@domain.com.
Set the MicrosoftExchangeRecipientReplyRecipient to postmaster@domain.com.
Verified the MicrosoftExchangeRecipientEmailAddressPolicyEnabled is set to True.

I tested by sending a mesage from my mail account to a non-existent internal address. I recieved the bounce at my own email, but no copy arrives in the postmaster mailbox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have some stupid users who refuse to forward me their NDRs and just delete them no matter how many times I ask them.

I really miss the Exchange 2003 setting that just allowed you to enter the mailbox you wanted to copy them to. Removing this functionality from the GUI is the most retarded thing I've seen yet. Talk about overcomplicating what was really easy to implement.
