Just notice that there are messages that we sent outside the organization are not being received by external email addresses like @gmail.com and @yahoo.com . Is there something we can do on Exchange 5.5? I just monitored the IMS and it seams that the message has been sent outside and receive no Undeliverable response from postmaster. Need help on this.

Just isolated the problem and found out that the problem is due to the external SMTP server where we point all our outgoing messages. It uses high SPAM filter rating that blocks some of the messages with attachment.
