can send email to hotamil only wat will be this problem can anybody help me i m a new user here and exchange also thanks.

Without more information about what happens when you attempt to send mail to Hotmail, I can tell you that a common issue is that you don't have a proper reverse-DNS lookup (PTR record) which allows the recipient system a way to verify your sending IP address matches your domain name.

I am assuming that you can send to other outside domains without any issue.

Another common occurance is that you are on a blacklist or greylist at Hotmail.
