I have Exchange 2003 SP2. I move a mailbox from one storage group to another and wait 15 min for replication. AD then shows the new storage group location. When user trys to connect they get unable to connect to mailbox error. If I stop IS and re-start it the user is able to access their mailbox. Same problem when I move the mailbox again to a alternative storage group.

DCdiag shows no errors
DNSdiag shows no errors.

Any help pls.
