Hi

I need to monitor all the email from/to an exchange mailbox.

How can I do this?

The simplest way would be to activate Archiving (Journaling).  This is set at the Mailbox Store level, so if you are using Exchange Standard Edition, you'll be archiving all the mailboxes.  If you are using Exchange Enterprise Edition, you can create a separate mailbox store and move this single mailbox to it before activating Archiving.  You can also use a 3rd-party tool like: http://www.ivasoft.biz/sj.shtml
