I have a Windows 2003 SBS with Exchange 2003 also running Blackberry enterprise server. I have 4 user accounts on this server. For some strange reason, on 6/18/07, the BB user stopped receiving messages on his BB and in his OWA. After rebooting the server, blackberry functionality returned but OWA still will not show new messages.
I noticed these errors in the application event log
Event ID 20000:
