I have a problem with a user. She is able to login to her Windows Roaming Profile without problem but when she goes to login to Outlook which connects to an Exchange 2000 server it constantly prompts for username/password.

I set the account to no authentication meaning she gets the Username/Password/Domain dialog box appear when she first opens Outlook, if she enters the exact same username & password she used for her Windows Login she manages to get in. But if i change it back to Kerberos Login again it stops working again. I've had to leave her Outlook setup for Password Authentication (NTLM).

It appears the two passwords aren't synchronised or something.
Any ideas?
