Windows 2000 Server - Exchange 2000 Server - Backup Exec 8.6
Below is part of the result of a Backup Exec job that is listed as a succesful backup.
Does the 4th line from the bottom mean the IS was NOT backed up?

yes it is good backup

because log file which are committed will always get purge (flush) after full online backup or incremental backup

Looks like store was not backup Only logs which were commited.

I would be performing full backups, not incrementals when it comes to Exchange. I leave incrementals or differentials for file servers.

I can not get to that site until Mon. I'll do a full backup and look at the report. I guess I'll feel more comfortable after viewing the results of a full backup.

When i do a backup it wont take all files because they are locked (edb´s and related)
how can i make a Offline backup (simple not the microsoft technet way explaining nothing on 8 pages)

for offline backup u need to stop all the exchange services i.e SA and information store and take a offline copy of the database.

What is the exact error message you are getting when you are performing online backup
