Hello, I have this issue: when pressing Send/Receive in Outlook 2003 SP2 + upgrades, the error message below is returned: "Task Microsoft Exchnage Server reported eror (0x80040115): The conection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or conected to complete this action." Messages seem to be sent and received okay, but this error comes up and I have not been able to figure out why. I am working with Exchange 2007. Thanks.

It may be an email profile issue. You may want to go into outlook 2003 and uncheck the cached exchange mode, open outlook then go back in and check use cached exchange mode and that will fix the problem. You do know that you can change this setting through the control panel - mail section. Inside there you can change the settings of your exchange account and disable/enable cache mode. When you have cache mode enabled do you get any Sync errors in the sync folder in your Outlook? In the bottom right hand corner of your outlook does it say 'Online' or disconnected? It sounds like a problem on the exchange server or on your domain controller, it may be a problem with the users group.
