We have a lot of devices that have to send email through our Exchange servers like APC alerts, intrusion detection, etc..

In order to allow this I had to allow annonymous connections to my 2 Hub servers. The problem is that in every config of the miscellaneous devices you can only enter 1 SMTP server (I tried using our CCR server main address it didn't work).

So, in the event of the hub server outage you're sending to you are out of business for device alerts.

I know you can't NLB the roles and AD will take care of it's own internal issues and redirect Exchange emails but is there any way to include these type of alerts not generated by Exchange or a receive connector and do it's job if one Hub role is down?
