Hiya Chris, sorry for not being around last night (or much of yesterday) - I have had a look through the logs again, and I have to admit I am a little stumped - so I thought that we would take this back to the beginning. The following I am sure that you have done, but it might help to go over it one more time just in case, On the domain controller: 1. At a command prompt, type regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll 2. Click the Start button, and then click Run - Type mmc, and then click OK. 3. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in Click Add. 4. Under Snap-in, select Active Directory Schema, and then click Add, then click close then OK. 5.In the tree, right-click Active Directory Schema, and then select Operations Master. 6.Select the Schema may be modified on this Domain Controller check box, and then click OK. Sometimes it is worth waiting about 10 minutes for the changes to take effect (normally in busy environments) Ensure that you are logged on with an Account that is a member of Enterprise Admins and Schema admins - I know that you have been using an account that is a copy of your domain admin account - stop using that account and use the default domain account. Put the Exchange server CD-ROM in the drive of the domain controller (not Exchange server) Run setup.exe /forestprep from the CD-ROm on the DC. Let me know, Cheers A
