5.1.4 indicates an ambiguous address. You need to find the object with the duplicate address and edit it. You can use a tool like LDIFDE to find the address.
Is this a user name or a generic type of address like sales@domain.com? If so, you may want to search the public folder and Distribution List objects as well.

I can to see that the public folder has been created in January,26th and the user was been created long time ago too. I don't understand why it's happenning it today!
So, a SMTP address only can to be affected for 1 and only 1 object (user, or public folder, ..)?
I can to change the address of the public folder for example, but for my users they will have got troubles?

It matters only if you are accepting outside mail directly into the public folder. If not, the SMTP address doesn't matter. Typically I find in cases like this that the mailbox needs the address more than the public folder.
