ashraf.m -> Edge Server can not deliver incoming mails to HUB Server (4.Aug.2007 11:09:59 AM)

Dear All, I need your help solving the below mentioned problem,

My Exchange 2007 organization as follow:
2 mailbox servers (single copy cluster)
           2 CAS/HUB Servers
2 ISA Servers (Array NLP, Web Farm for CAS Servers SSL Bridging using Microsoft CA with multiple names) the same certificate installed on the 2 CASs and 2 ISAs
           1 UM Server
           2 Edge Servers

The problem:
I can send and receive internally
           I can send to outside
The incoming emails stuck in the Edge server, the Edge can not deliver the mails to the HUB, and the senders get the following error (#550 4.4.7 Queue Expired; Message Expired)

I did the following troubleshooting:
Create new Access rule in ISA to allow All Traffic from All Networks to All Networks
Successfully can telnet port 25 from any HUB to any HUB
Successfully can telnet port 25 from any HUB to any Edge
Successfully can telnet port 25 from any Edge to any Edge
Can not telnet port 25 from any Edge to any HUB

Note: the Edge Sync is working fine.
