OWA error - cannot be contacted via RPC interface

OWA error - cannot be contacted via RPC interface - 6.Aug.2007 4:57:10 AM

When I try to connect OWA I get the following error massage in the internet explorer and in the exchange event viewer

Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology Service cannot be contacted via RPC interface, error 0x5.

RPC service is running on the Exchange. and there is no firewall or block port between the Exchange and DC's
Doe's someone have any idea what could be the problem?

when I click on show details I get the following details :

I'm bumping this subject hoping someone else has come across this. I get the identical error. It is also accompanied by Event ID: 5719, Netlogon error and Event ID: 5783 Netlogon error.

The exchange server is sitting on the same cisco gigabit switch as the domain server, so I can't believe the network is busy.

I could believe the Domain server is busy, but all 8 of them?
