Hi,
I already have a win2k3 sp2 DC on my network, I am installing exchange 2007 on a seperate box which is a member of my existing domain.
Do I need to make the box that I am installing exchange 2007 a domain controller also? I mean as a forest domain in an existing domain.

Thanks

As the other poster said, it's recommended to NOT have Exchange installed onto a DC.  However, I'd also recommend that you have at least 2 DCs, since if you lose your only DC, Exchange won't be happy.
