Hi I'm new to Exchange Administration,
and am trying to set up our mail server for relaying mail to our customers. I set up a connector to pass mail to out internet host. It works fine sending normal mail out, however when sending mail via our CRM, mail tends to go directly into "messages with an unreachable destination" queue.
I have had it working once but can't remember what got it working, so I know it's not a problem with the software. Is there any specific setting to allow this sort of relaying but not leave our server open to spam relaying, or any other diagnostics I can perform.
