Velocat -> Vcards Outlook 2007 bounce due to send on behalf oddness. (26.Sep.2007 5:02:45 PM)

Folks,
When users forward a vcard in Outlook 2007, I receive a puzzling error. The users will right click on the name of a contact, and choose "Send Full Contact --> In Outlook Format". The below error is bounced back. It's unclear to me why Exchange is thinking the user is sending on behalf of another sender.
Any ideas?
