Hello,
Email addresses are not displayed correctly in GAL (or any address list) when Outlook 2003 sp3 is used in a Exchange 2007 organization. If I use Outlook 2007 is OK. When I open the Outlook address book, the user distinguished name is displayed, instead its email address.

I just watched the images but i am unable to find what is issue? may be i am missing out something..

Thanks for the replay.  Sorry for the bad quality of my captures.
I posted the same issue here also.
Instead of email address, Outlook 2003 displays the user distinguished name.

cache mode is enabled if so try to remove the cache mode and checkit out.
Try to reconfigure profile after removing cache mode

I have the same exact problem!

uncheck the cached mode on your mail profile.
Synchronize your address book
close and open outlook client.
check now whether you are able to view the GAL as intended.

I had the same problem. MAPI errors in Outlook 2003. I needed to wait a day or two for OAB to replicate. Check your replication and connectors.
