We are getting the following on our Exchange 2000 server with 2GB physical RAM:

Description:
Message processing failed because there is not enough available memory (8007000E-82000387).
We got this Thursday and rebooted Friday and we're seeing it again today.
We have the latest SP installed..what should we do to fix this?
