winson -> Duplicate email (17.Oct.2007 5:23:50 AM) We us Exchange SBS, we archive email to department supervisor's mailbox, so if someone send one mail to supervisor, then cc to three colleagues, then supervisor got 4 mails, any idea to solve this? Thanks a lot....

uemurad -> RE: Duplicate email (10.Jan.2008 11:50:01 PM) Check Message Tracking.  Does it show multiple messages being delivered to the same mailbox or a single message being delivered multiple times to the same mailbox? When do the duplicates appear?  Is it dependent upon the other addressees?
