Now im trying to eseutil /p the database, and when im at Repairing damaged tables, the % completed seem to stay at 0%. Im waiting for like 30minutes and he don't move from is first position. For information, I got a 17gig database. All other scan, checking db, rebuilt MSysObjects work but the Repairing damaged tables don't seem to would like start :(.

Thanks for your support.

hi,
Basically it will take bit time.
Check that you have "select" in the command prompt on the top of the right side corner. If this is the case then it is paused. you need to press enter key again

hi
Why are you using the P switch
did you try the soft recovery R
try to defrage the database first using Offline Defrag
Anyway
17 GB of information store will take a long time and you will need to wait as what ismail.mohammed said

Again, remember this for future concern...There are always the Four R's associated with getting stores in a mounted state.

Soft Recovery (Replaying existing log files)
Hard Recovery (Restore + replay of log files)
Hard repair (If the above 2 options fail)
Resign ( If all the above 3 options fail) Js kidding.

Repairing a database normally works with 4-5 Gb/hr so relax. More over your database would get stuck at deleting unicode table for even hours without progress. The Best method to check is the Read/Write Disk I/O for eseutil.

Hard recovery = Restore and run the Eseutil /cc (replay of log files)

Hard repair = Running the Eseutil /p
