Can anyone recommend any moble devices that work well with exchange 2007? (pro's & cons) Need to be simple to setup. Any any tutorial/docs to make them work.

There's a lot of Windows Mobile devices out there. IT really depends on your requirements and needs.
My favorite devices at the moment are:
- HTC S710 (or 730 if you also want 3G and GPS receiver) - HTC Touch Dual
Setup steps depends mostly on your mobile operator.

HTC was on my short list, with your expertise the list just got shorter. I'll check with mobile provider to see what they can do.
