Hey guys,

I run Outlook 2003 on my work computer and usually schedule my appointments in the Outlook calendar. When I'm actually at my work computer, this is convenient because it will notify me of when my appointments are about to be started or I can look ahead and plan another one. However, when I'm logged in to Outlook Web Access, it's pretty hard to determine which days I don't have something scheduled on. I would really not like to have to schedule my appointments in Outlook 2003 and then have to login to OWA and schedule it in there as well. I also have the same problem with my contacts. If I make a new contact in Outlook 2003, I would also like it to appear in OWA without me having to login every single time and make a new contact in there as well if it already resides in Outlook 2003. Is there some kind of sync process that I can make this work with? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like on Outlook you are using either POP3 or IMAP protocol. Is so you need to move across to using the Exchange Server option.
