I have an Exchange 2007 Server (Mailbox/Hub/CAS) and an additional Edge Transport server.
I have two e-mail domains (lets say domain-a.com and domain-b.com)
Is there any possible way that i can either write transport rules or play with the Edge connector such that when an e-mail comes from anybody@domain-a.com that the e-mail is actually forwarded to a smart host as opposed to using Direct delivery.
Obviously this is quite easy is my question was if the e-mail was going to a certain domain, but i wish to re-direct when an e-mail is from a certain address and originates from within my own Mailbox Exchange Server.
