Hello everyone i am having this email problems with comcast anyone who sends an email to comcast it comes back as undelieverable .We are having a reverse DNS lookup issue i dont know if it is associated with that.Below is the error message
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test
Sent: 10/31/2007 10:28 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
dawnnfrank@comcast.net on 11/2/2007 10:50 AM
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

Most likely that would be your issue if you server does not have a reverse lookup record.  Their mail server is denying the connection because of that.

I don't know if this is part of the problem, but Comcast is having a system-wide issue with secondary email accounts not being able to receive messages. My secondary account was not getting messages I knew had been sent, when I contacted support (via live chat, they have no phone # listed, the jerks) they told me that they are 'working on it' with no timetable for resolution. They would not tell me how long it had been going on, or why they didn't send an email to all primary addresses notifying them of the problem....
