emellie -> connection was dropped by remote host (13.Nov.2007 12:11:24 AM)

sending to other internet emails is ok but when i try to send to our own external users that are not on our local domain; we get the above ndr. our domain name is "agmark.com.pg". Eg; I send an email (emellie@agmark.com.pg) to gbeamish@agmark.com.pg and receive the ndr.

Please help?

About 5.1.1 description:
Either the recipient address is incorrectly formatted or Message Categorizer was not able to properly resolve the recipient. Check the recipient address and resend the message.

Are they using any pop3 client?

What about telnetting?
Does it work for that user...
