wizzler -> public folder for support with own adress (19.Nov.2007 10:31:40 AM)

I'm trying to setup a supportbox where people can send mails to via an adress like support@domain.com. Because there are specific users that will access this box i've decided to make it a public folder for easier access and not a totally new account.

The question is... can somebody help me with it? I've tried but haven't really succeeded, the items are post instead of mails and you cannot reply on them, the address only works internally and not for outsiders as it should be.

I think most of you know what I'm after and if you think my approach is wrong, please correct me. Maybe the real solution should be a new mailaccount.

It's a quick registry change on all the PF servers. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832492 will fix you up.

Okey.. that sovled the problem with people outside sending mail to the public folder but what about letting me reply from the mailbox? What do i need to do then?

I'd recommend you to use the method described at
