hi mate,

I tested the calendar plan where i have Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 & outlook 2007 i am finding the same behaviour what you have there.

But when i tested it on Exchange 2007 where i have outlook 2003 and outlook 2007 i am able to view the plan for 2008 year only for outlook 2007 not for outlook 2003

I have one question have checked the publishing month because by default it will display publish for 2 months of period? how about your outlook settings.

hi,

you can try this below step but before that try it in your test environment or if you are not able to test it let me know i willl try it on my server.

  • Open the registry editor.
  • Browse to the key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\ExCDO\Parameters.
  • Under this key, add a DWORD entry named "FBPublishMonth".
  • The value of this new entry is a number, which is the number of months for which you would like to publish free/busy information across the board, for all users.
  • Restart IIS and the System Attendant services on your Exchange servers.

the registry change that ismail mentioned would only affect users to access information using OWA

The answer to your question lies in the links given below:

Are many time for the GPO is ok for users...sorry couldnt understand that...again apologized for asking you the question. Fact is that the GPO does work for hundreds and thousands of users provided your DS replication is strong.
So you need not worry about the same.

If you are asking something different please do reply.

Sorry for the late reply, the ExCDO key is never present you would have to create the same.

Thanks for your reply, i tested this solution, but no work. I think thas the free/busy folder or services thas corrupt because the user can wiew the avaibality by calendar access ant can't not view this items by free/busy notification.

    Some people have suggestion, please.

    Thanks
